Forget me not

A hairy perennial wildflower, that thrives in shaded areas. Forget me not produces lovely, bright blue (sometimes pink or white) flowers that bloom between April and June attracting both bees and butterflies.

General information

A low-growing, native wildflower, that can be annual, biennial or perennial and a garden escape. Growing to a maximum height of 50cm, forget me not favours shaded or semi shaded conditions, such as damp grassland, woodland and hedgerows. There are many species of forget me not, often requiring close inspection for correct identification.
